W660 Smelting Thermometer with Large Display
1. APPLICATION
W660 Smelting Thermometers, designed specifically for foundry and metallurgical industry, maintain high precision, fast reaction, and reliable quality.
W660 equip with high quality measuring sensor, smart MCU, professional anti-jamming technology and wireless communication module, which can transfer the temperature data from the hand-held thermometer to the large screen. This design ensures that our products will operate stably for a long time and can handle different situations in very severe working condition.
Equip with corresponding thermocouples, W660 can measure the temperature precisely and rapidly for different kinds of metal.

2. FEATURE
W660 equip with large screen display (5 inches nixie tubes: word height 128mm), which can be easy for you to read data from a long distance.
W660 get six very useful functions
1.The bell will ring to warn you when the test is finished.
2.The peak temperature will be kept and shown automatically.
3.W660 will warn you during such situations: thermocouple problem and outrange, make sure that the total operation is easy and reliable.
4.W660 can memorize 1000 sets of historical data, and you can query and record the historical data easily.
5.W660 can upload historical data to a computer through a USB or RS-232 port, and you can query and manage data conveniently with our software.
6.W660 can equip with a printer (optional).
W660 benefits from the latest anti-jamming technology, so you do not have to cut the power when using intermediate frequency furnace (this kind furnace generate intense electromagnetic interference). There are five types of thermocouples that match W660.

4. OPERATION
1. Operate Wireless Hand-Held Smelting Thermometer
Press the power switch (ON/OFF) on the panel, display will show '
', after that it will show the matching type of thermocouple( 
/ means type S、 
/ means type B、 
/ means type WRe3/25、 
/ means type K、 
/ means type R）。
Before insert the thermocouple, display shows '
' , if the connection is firm, the display will show the environment temperature (display shows '
'), it indicates that thermometer is ready for measurement. Then insert the thermocouple into metal liquid fast, accurately and stably, the optimal depth should be ≥20mm. When the bell rings, the test gun should be lift up at once. The peak temperature will be kept and shown automatically.
2. Operate Large Screen Display
Turn on the power, display will show the current time. When data transmit to the display, the peak temperature will be kept and shown automatically.
1. Query Historical Data
W600C can memorize 1000 sets of historical data.
Press “查詢”（Query）to get into historical data query interface. The display will show the year, press “↑”“↓”to set the number.
For example: if you want to search the data like this: 1678℃ is measured at 09:08 on December 10th 2008.
The search steps are as follows:
a.press “查詢”（ Query）, it shows current year, then press “↑”“↓”to alter the number to 
.
b.press “→”, it shows current month, then press “↑”“↓”to alter the number to 
c.press “→”again, it shows current day, then press “↑”“↓”to alter the number to 
d.press “確認”（Confirm）, and the numbers will show as :

And at this moment, if press “↑”、“↓”, you can search previous or latter temperature based on the time you have set.
If there is no response when you press “↑”、“↓”, it indicates data query is finished, press “查詢”（Query）again to remove from the search state.
(Note: if there is no record on the day you searched, it will show the latest day record from that day, and if there is not any record after the day you searched, it will remove from the search state automatically. So you can input a earlier time and try again.)
2. Communicate with Computer
W660 get a data link and management software. Copy the software to your computer and then open it. You can set ports, time of data and directory of the data by the software. Then click '數(shù)據(jù)另存為' to store the data to the directory selected. You can manage the data with Excel (Microsoft Office Excel).
3. Print
Connect the printer data link to W660, then switch on the power. Printer will print the data when the data appear on the screen. Printing format will be as follows: (2008/12/10 09:08 1678℃)
5. INSTALLRATION
You would better place the display about 10~50meters far from the work place, this distance will be easy for workers to observe and record data. The installation site of the display should be 2~4 meters high from the ground. You should stretch the receiving antenna and do not put any cover on it. W660 Power supply should be AC220V (lighting line would be better, the grounding circuit must be reliable).
