2. FEATURE
W600 equip with large screen display (5 inches nixie tubes: word height 128mm), which can be easy for you to read data from a long distance.
W600 get three very useful function:
1.The bell will ring to warn you when the test is finished.
2.The peak temperature will be kept and shown automatically.
3.W600 will warn you during such situations: thermocouple problem and outrange, make sure that the total operation is easy and reliable.
W600 benefits from the latest anti-jamming technology, so you do not have to cut the power when using intermediate frequency furnace (this kind furnace generate intense electromagnetic interference). There are five types of thermocouples that match W600.

4. INSTALLRATION
1.Install the Large Screen Display
You would better place the display beyond 10 meters far from the work place, this distance will be easy for workers to observe and record data. The installation site of the display should be 2~3 meters high from the ground. Power supply should be AC220V (lighting line would be better, the grounding circuit must be reliable).
2.Install the Test-Gun：
Open the packing box, you will get three parts of the test gun. What you should do is connecting the three parts. Hold on the copper-head part, and rotate the separate part to one. In case of any harm in the compensating wire, make sure that the connection is reliable and firm.
3.Install the Electric Bell
Open the packing case, and get out the bell, correctly insert the socket which is marked with “電鈴”（electric bell）. Then hang it on the wall.
5. OPERATION
Press the power switch (ON/OFF) on the panel, display will show '
', after that it will show the matching type of thermocouple( 
/ means type S、 
/ means type B、 
/ means type WRe3/25、 
/ means type K、 
/ means type R）。
Before insert thermocouple to the test gun, the display will show '
', and if the connection is ok, the display will show the environment temperature (display shows '
'), it indicates that thermometer is ready for measurement. Then plunge the thermocouple into molten metal stably, accurately and quickly, the optimal depth is ≥20mm. When the bell rings, the test gun should be lift up at once. The peak temperature will be kept and shown automatically.
When the measurement finishes, the test gun should be placed far away from the furnace.
