W330 W330T Hand-held Smelting Thermometer
1. APPLICATION
W330 series Hand-held Smelting Thermometers, designed specifically for foundry and metallurgical industry, maintain high precision, fast reaction, and reliable quality.
W330T, an improved type of W330, can equip with the latest 'T4 Series Fast Thermocouple', which is more reliable and can be used for several times.
W330 and W330T equip with high quality measuring sensor, smart MCU, multi-intelligent DSP, and professional anti-jamming technology. This design ensures that our products will operate stably for a long time and can handle different situations in very severe working condition.
Equip with corresponding thermocouples, W330 can measure the temperature precisely and rapidly for different kinds of metal.

2. FEATURES
W330 benefits from the integrated design of test-gun, shockproof and high brightness LED display, and durable metal shell, so it can handle high-temperature and severe working condition.
Advantages:
1.The temperature will keep automatically when measurement is finished.
2.Lighting and bumming warn synchronously to indicate the end of measurement (time to take back the test gun).
3.W330 will warn you during the situations that thermocouple break, out range, and power of battery is low.
4.W330 equip with nickel-hydrogen rechargeable battery (after a full charge, W330 can measure temperature for over one thousand of times).
5.If there is no signal input in 2 minutes when power is on, the power will cut off automatically.
W330 benefits from the latest anti-jamming technology, so you do not have to cut the power when using intermediate frequency furnace (this kind furnace generate intense electromagnetic interference when power is on). There are five types of thermocouples that can match W330.

4.INSTALLRATION & OPERATION
1.Install the Test-Gun：
Open the packing box, you will get three parts of the test gun. What you should do is connecting the three parts. Hold on the copper-head part, and rotate the separate part to one. In case of any harm in the compensating wire, make sure that the connection is reliable and firm.
Please carefully connect the double-core socket in the test gun and the matching plug in the thermometer. Then insert the test-gun into connecting base on the thermometer and fix it with the bolt.
2.Operate Hand-Held Thermometer
Press the power switch (ON/OFF) on the panel, display will show '
', after that it will show the matching type of thermocouple( 
/ means type S、

/ means type R）。
Before insert thermocouple to the test gun, the display will show '
', and if the connection is ok, the display will show the environment temperature (type B will show '
'), it indicates that thermometer is ready for measurement. Then plunge the thermocouple into molten metal stably, accurately and quickly, the optimal depth is ≥20mm.
When the indicator light (H) is on (warning with sound and light), you should lift up test gun at once(the measurement time is 3 to 5 seconds normally). The peak temperature will be kept and shown automatically. Next, replace the used thermocouple with new one, and start the next cycle(even though the used one is undamaged, it also should be changed).
1.If the thermometer shows '-1', it means thermocouple has not been inserted or connection is not good. Push and rotate the thermocouple gently will help in this situation.
2.If the thermometer shows '-000', it means the input signal is reverse, and for most case, it is the copper head connection that get reverse.
3.If the thermometer shows '1', it means the input signal is over range.
4.If the thermometer shows 'HELP', it means the battery need charging
After finishing the test, please turn off the thermometer in time to avoid waste.
